Sairme project

The ongoing project in Sairme Street will soon come to an end.

The client consulted us before the acquisition of the apartment. The buyer wanted us to make a projection of his future apartment based on the existing plan and apartment. He wanted to check if the structure of the apartment suit to a comfortable living place for his family!

The existing plan was not functional and had no space optimization. We drafted several drawings that we presented to the client. One plan was selected and we upgraded it to reach the consent. They decided to buy the apartment. It was time to start the work.

We combined the living room and the kitchen, and it became a studio-type. The natural light did not reach enough from the living room to the hall so we decided to put stained glass doors to get more light in the apartment. We had to completely redo the layout and place the partitions in such a way as to allow more natural light to enter the apartment. project

Now the apartment is characterized by an expansive space allowing bright and comfortable. We were able to combine the style of loft and minimalism. We used several types of ceiling lights in the apartment.

In the living room, we installed magnetic track lighting, spotlights and a chandelier over the island. In the master bedroom, we painted a dark grey wall near the head of the bed for an accent, and the inner doors are also grey.

The hall, kitchen and living room are one open space, separated from the living room area by an island.

The colours and textures of natural materials helped us create a unique design. In the kitchen, we used grey colour and quartz for countertops and walls.

The bathroom turned out to be beautiful. For the children, we chose a vintage style, yellow and grey walls were covered with Austrian laminate with a grey texture. The main bathroom has grey ceramic granite and a rhombus wall décor where we placed the bathtub. We made the sink with Austral wood laminate and used a grey colour.

The boy's and girls' bedrooms are cute. We used a green-coloured wall and furniture made of milled MDF in the girl's room.

We focus on comfort and cosiness, think about every detail and see the final result.
